Customer Service/Inside Sales

Customer Service/Inside Sales representative needed for a fast growing internet marketing company located in Santa Rosa. We are a team of expert online professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for day-to-day customer service operation , including answering customer inquiries via phone, live chat and emails, managing purchasing and ordering process, working with vendors, resolving customer problems
• Maintain sites with data entry and product updates
• Work on other projects as needed. Most projects will be internet-related such as writing blog posts and product descriptions, providing data feeds for shopping engines, generating traffic via social networking sites and more. . .

REQUIREMENTS

• Internet skills an absolute must. You need to be extremely savvy with the most common Internet applications
• Efficiency in Excel, Word and Adobe Photoshop highly desirable
• A positive attitude and great problem solving skill are required
• Self-motivated, independent, can-do-attitude a must
