Internet Marketing Associate

Zenergy Works is a top notch internet marketing firm located in San Francisco Bay in the city of Santa Rosa. We're a fast growing and profitable company with an innovative work environment! We are seeking a driven, results-focused marketer to join our acquisition team. The ideal candidate has a year or two of experience with hands on SEO and Social Media Marketing experience. They'll live for excel and thrive on crunching numbers to present actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Responsibilities include:

SEO

• Assist with content optimization and extensive keyword research
• Help with link building and development strategies
• Work with clients to perform hands-on optimization, including keyword/phrase research, SEO-friendly title/meta/alt tag and HTML implementation
• Perform analytics-based analysis to measure program progress/success
• Must have basic HTML skills

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• 1-2 years Internet Marketing experience
• Proficiency with wordpress a plus
• Experience with analyzing performance metrics using Google analytics
• Working knowledge of website conversion metrics and optimization techniques
• Experience with onsite search a plus, including knowledge of conventions and infrastructure such as structured metadata, taxonomy and content optimization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bachelors degree required
