Bryan Fikes

Bryan Fikes is the Managing Partner and Chief Strategist of Zenergy Works. Bryan has been in advertising and marketing for over a decade with an emphasis in helping small to medium sized business increase their revenue. Zenergy Works was created to give a competitive advantage to business owners using the best in Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization, and cutting edge Internet Marketing tactics to bring new customers to business owners from Google, Yahoo, BING, AOL, and many other internet portals. Zenergy Works is dedicated and delivers the highest level of transparency for business owners. Creator of the "Fikeshway" advertising platform and spokesperson for Zenergy Works.

Eric Van Cleave

Eric Van Cleave is Managing Partner and General Manager of Zenergy Works. A collaboration between New Generation Media and Zenergy Internet Marketing. Eric joined NGM in 2000 after a career in Banking and Mortgages, which included being a member of the Board of Directors of a new National Bank. Eric and his firm specialize in web marketing plans for small and medium sized businesses, with an emphasis on the creation of websites that convert website visitors into customers. New Generation Media has launched over 4,000 websites since 2001, and continues to be a leader in helping Small and Medium sized business owners and managers to position themselves to profit from the growth of online shopping and product research.

Chris Frost

Chris Frost of Zenergy Works is the Chief SEO programmer. As the lead SEO programmer, Chris is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of effective SEO strategies to ensure optimal search engine placement for all clients of Zenergy Works. Chris works with his team of programmers to deliver amazing results for all of our clients. With a BA in Economics from San Deigo State and over a decade of programming knowledge using PHP, ASP.NET, ASP, .Net, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript his master level allows him to achieve the highest results with custom solutions.

Cathy Macy

Cathy Macy serves as the CFO for New Generation Media, LLC and Zenergy Works.   She supervises the budget and financial reporting of the company, as well as cash flow projections and general oversight of the accounting processes.  Cathy currently also holds the position of CFO for EAH Housing after joining the company as Controller in 1989 . As CFO, she is responsible for the complete financial data for all EAH managed properties and EAH corporate, and predevelopment and development accounting.

Cathy has over 25 years accounting experience. Prior to joining EAH, she was Assistant Controller for the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation for Receivership Operations. Among other services, this company took over troubled banking associations.

Cathy was also employed for five years as an accounting supervisor for a savings and loan association with subsidiary companies in areas to include construction, mortgage and real estate. She was responsible for all aspects of accounting for the various companies acquired by the savings and loan.

Cathy is the Treasurer for Women’s Cancer Awareness Group, headquartered in Petaluma, California.  Cathy is also an Elder at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Glen Ellen, California.

Cathy is Married with 5 Children and is now a Grandmother.  She enjoys hiking, RVing and spending time with her family, including her Labrador Retrievers Bessie and Blitz.

Jeff Irvine

Jeff Irvine comes to Zenergy Works from our partner company New Generation Media. For over four years Jeff has worked with small business owners, teaching them how to advertise their companies. Jeff has an extensive knowledge of web design, traditional and online advertising. Jeff has grown from a marketing consultant into a Market Manager, his experience is why we have him work directly with our clients on their websites and SEO Campaigns.

Jarred Jones

SEO Consultant

Jarred is a native of Baltimore Maryland and resident of the District of Columbia. Jarred Jones attended Baltimore City College and Howard University before moving to Oakland California in 1992. With over 15 years of retail experience, Mr. Jones’ consulting pursuits have lead him to launch international pilot programs to determine business development viability, market trend analysis while insuring an increase in business profitability and overall market share. He has been directly responsible for the reorganization of many management teams to enhance their overall development process programs. With his inclusive approach to training and unique coaching skills he has consistently produced many successful sales presentation platforms upon which many businesses continue to model and leverage. Jarred has lead nationwide workshops that have focused on specific internet buying plans including web-site process implementation, auditing issues, information technology and new business development to affect change in the areas of productivity and strategic planning for integrating contemporary customer relationship software technologies. Jarred is a naturally dynamic SEO consultant and has already become an integral member of the Zenergy Works team.

Jason Rosenberg

Jason Rosenberg brings over 10 years of media advertising expertise working with small and mid-sized companies in the digital arena. He is known for generating creative solutions for his clients that garner results and ultimately grow his clients business. As an internet marketing specialist for Zenergy works Jason effectively utilizes his creativity and weaves wit with effective proven online marketing strategies including search engine optimization, creative web development and ingenuity to  ensure that his customers not only have a campaign they can be proud of but one which brings new business to his customers.  Mr. Rosenberg recognizes that Search engine optimization is one of the most effective ways to gain new clients and has seen this proven time and again from a decade of working with Radio Stations, Newspapers and Online companies. When he isn’t bringing his clients new business he is playing his guitar, rooting for the New York Yankees or spending time with his fiancée Ani.

Search Engine optimization is a science, but it is also an art form. Having created several advertising campaigns across radio, print and television makes Mr. Rosenberg not only a valuable resource for your digital media but one who can help you create a complete media package as a trusted advisor for all of your marketing and advertising needs.

Marty Bloom

Marty comes to us with a deep background in business processes effectiveness, systems technology, and print & online media advertising. He has over 30 years experience with a fortune 500 company and has served as their National Manager of Sales, Technical, & Customer Education, and as their Manager of HR & Quality.  Marty’s department at Xerox Corporation was instrumental in the company’s certification and winning of the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.  Marty has also served on the Executive Committee of the American Society for Training & Development and was a leader of their Instructional Technology Professional Practice Area.

Post Xerox, Marty worked several years in the Yellow Pages Print Industry to help them transition from print to an on-line marketing industry.  Marty recently supported many Professional Associations, representing the National & California Restaurant Associations, and currently serves as Director of Membership for the Automotive Service Councils of California’s fasted growing chapter. He has a BSBA in Business from Roosevelt University in Chicago, graduate education courses in business law from DePaul University, Certification from High Technology Education Institute, and an Executive Consulting Certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership. Marty strongly believes that Internet Marketing coupled with Search Engine & Social Media Optimization is the technology science and business art that will lead America’s business owners through the economic challenges they face and put them on the leading path of profitable growth.

Elizabeth Nix

As Zenergy Tech, Liz Nix is responsible for implementing results driven SEO strategies for Zenergy Works clients. She handles on-page SEO, ensures that websites deliver keyword-rich, relative content including text and graphics geared toward conversion, and optimizes social media profiles to be both engaging for human users and valuable for search engine placement. Liz received a BA in Digital Art from Dominican University and has an extensive background in web design and front end development. Liz’s specialties include SEO, SMO, XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photo Editing.

Kyle Breckenridge

A natural born problem solver with over 5 years in the field of Web Design, Kyle is a true tech guru with a wide range of knowledge in all things “web.” With the best interest of the client at heart, he maintains tech support, training and maintenance for the development department, and will ensure that any changes you request are completed in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. Kyle’s technical specialties include HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM scripting, AJAX, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Action Script, with high level of knowledge concerning DNS, website editing tools, FTP, email, and other server side applications.

Adam Aragon

Adam has over 15 years experience in all fields of multimedia and design, including sound, video, and flash development as well as web design. He loves to be creative and to delight clients with quick and elegant solutions. He’s great at tying a dozen little things together into a cohesive picture. With a varied “Jack of all Trades” set of skills, he is versatile and eager to please. Adam is also a huge fan of CMS (content management systems) and has extensive experience in Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Silverstripe, Concrete, Expression Engine and more.

Andrew Stanbro

With over 11 years of experience in the Web Design and Development field, Andrew is a master at his craft. Featured in design annuals for his innovative design style, he continuously pushes the envelope to remain on the cutting edge. Andrew is results driven in his design, creating a happy marriage between functionality and beauty to best meet your business goals.

LaVerne McHenry

LaVerne works part time as the Accounts Receivable representative, she comes from 25 years at a high tech (Hewlett Packard/Agilent) company doing Production Procurement and Planning. She has been living here in Santa Rosa for 19 years, married with two kids in college. Oh, and two very cute dogs!

Jessica Spoon

Jessica is the Executive Assistant to Bryan Fikes. Jessica graduated from Empire College in 2006 with her Associates degree in Medical Assisting. For over two years Jessica has worked with businesses in the Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties helping them with their computer and server needs. Although Jessica is new to Zenergy Works, she is looking forward to learning everything she can about SEO, SMO, Web Design, and Internet Marketing.

Jessica Lenzi

Jessica Lenzi is the Executive Assistant to Bryan Fikes and is also a part of the accounting department as Accounts Payable.  She comes to Zenergy Works after 9 years as office manager, accounts receivable and project assistant for a local electrical contractor.  
Jessica was raised in Santa Rosa, received her associates degree from the Santa Rosa Junior College, through UC Santa Barbara; studied Italian language and culture in Siena, Italy.     

Vanessa Van Cleave

As a new member of the Zenergy Works team, Vanessa Van Cleave works as a Social Media Maven deep linking, blog baiting, and social bookmarking for our clients to ensure they appear on the first page of search engine results. Although she is new to Search Engine Optimization, she shows a huge aptitude in the field and is catching on very quickly. By using several different social media sites, she creates key word rich, relevant content that search engines recognize and over time achieves and maintains top placement

Colby Whitted

Colby is a Zenergy tech who comes to the Zenergy Works team with an excitement to learn and grow in this interesting field. He grew up in Sonoma county and recently married the girl of his dreams. He comes from an eclectic background varying from sewing machine repair to crewing for a hot air balloon company. In his spare time Colby enjoys playing music, riding his unicycle and sometimes both at the same time. He hopes his love of learning will bring something special to the team.

Eric Rothmuller

Eric is a Zenergy Tech with experience in a variety of vastly different fields. Eric was a semi-professional gamer in a real time strategy game called Starcraft for many years, he has lived in Seoul, South Korea for the game and to this day holds the title as the United States National Champion in the game. Eric has spent time working at an Animal Shelter where he was an Animal Control Officer, the Volunteer Coordinator and the Website Manager for close to 3 years. Eric is currently attending college to pursue degree's in Marketing and Law Enforcement. Eric is thrilled to be with Zenergy Works and learning about the dynamic world of Internet Marketing and SEO each and every day.

Karina Flores

Karina Flores is a Zenergy tech. She studied HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop throughout all her high school years. Her favorite subject in high school was computer, math, economics and dance. From the beginning she started searching for work, Karina thought that staffing agencies was the closest job out there that will give her the chance to work with computers. Little did she know that there was something else out there called Zenergy Works. She recently came in and joined the team in late 2011. Now she has the chance of doing what she learned and loved to do. She recently got married with her husband and is currently one of the choir from her church."

Jennifer Filzen

Jennifer Filzen is an independent contractor who creates website content, manages SMO accounts, and handles telemarketing campaigns for Zenergy Works. Jennifer is a talented gal with loads of enthusiasm, creativity and good energy! With 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing, she is a singer/songwriter who used the Internet to promote her music and ended up qualifying for 17 Grammy nominations on her 2 albums. Due to her musical accomplishments and passion for online marketing, Jennifer founded her company Rock Star Marketing, based in Monterey, CA. Together, she and her husband, own The West Coast Swing Dance Company and teach weekly dance lessons in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA.
